Lease Variation Charge (LVC)
If you change a Crown lease due to a development application, you’ll need to pay a Lease Variation Charge.
LVC is administered under delegation from the Commissioner for ACT Revenue by the City and Environment Directorate (except for deferrals) – see details at www.planning.act.gov.au/community/buy/leasing-and-titles/crown-leases.
